ART AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY

Course Description & Learning Outcome

This introductory course will offer students the opportunity to develop their visual imagination and their artistic skills through the use of digital technology. Adobe Photoshop and preliminary work with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign will offer the principles of composition and two-dimensional design. Computer-aided drawing and design, as well as photo imaging, will be an integral part of the course. The various skills of graphic expression learned in the course will have an Internet application.

Note: This course does not count as a Core course.
