This form asks you to evaluate the contributions that each of your teammates made to your group presentation. The scores given by each team member will be averaged to give a maximum of 20 points that are included in the 100 points for your presentation. Comments and scores are confidential. Please be honest as well as fair. This is a required assignment. You will not receive your own participation points if you do not submit a form!
